5. Sales Training Services

• Specific sales outcomes
• Revenue increases
• Client acquisition
• Commercial success

Results depend on implementation, market conditions and individual performance.

6. Consulting Services

Consulting recommendations are based on the information available at the time. Business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

We are not liable for decisions made by clients based on our advice, except where required by law.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are payable within 14 days
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with applicable UK law
• Work may be paused until overdue balances are settled

All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified. Where VAT applies, this will be clearly stated.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Mentoring sessions

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Training and consultancy

Cancellation terms for larger training or consulting projects will be outlined in individual agreements.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information shared during mentoring, training or consultancy without prior consent, unless required by law.

This obligation continues after the end of the working relationship.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, documents, frameworks and resources provided by Oakthorpe Scientific Consultancy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use materials for their own internal or personal development only. Materials may not be copied, shared, sold, distributed or reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakthorpe Scientific Consultancy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
